	is this a necessary component or may i unstall safely.....tho i detest aol it is where 90% of my pals are. aol has no idea they said after talking with about 12 of those "Geniuses". It also connects slower than dial-up at times. not just peak hours either and i am on Cable Connection. Thanks ya'll. As for rating aol i would give it a big fat D--

	I used AOL for YEARS and you're so right. It's slow and I am on cable also, plus it's a resource hog......big time. But I still keep using it.
